Silk Wax Studio – Cancellation Policy

To ensure fairness and smooth scheduling, please review our policy below:

• 24-Hour Notice: Kindly inform us at least 24 hours before your appointment if you need to cancel or reschedule.
• Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will result in the loss of your deposit.
• No-Shows: Missing your appointment without 24 hours notice will also forfeit your deposit
• Grace Period: We allow a maximum 5-minute grace period for late arrivals. After that, your appointment may be shortened or canceled depending on our schedule and the services. (Full payment is still required for shortened services)
• Deposits: All deposits are fixed and used to secure your spot.
